Inland revenue inculpa to the Barça in the signing of Neymar

The Agency Tributaria concludes that the Football Club Barcelona committed fiscal crime in the signing of Neymar and so much the Barcelona club like his previous president, Sandro Rosell, have been imputed by this case and will have to appear in front of the judge Ruz. The club will have to appoint a legal representative that represent it in front of the judge, that has received this Tuesday the report of Inland revenue. The Barça already did a payment of 13,5 million euros, but this does not exempt him of the commission of the crime, since it did the payment when the judicial procedure already was opened.
