The Barça denies the fiscal crime in the signing of Neymar

The FC Barcelona has issued a communiqué where puntualiza the version of the article published in "The Avant-garde", under the title "The Barça admits his fiscal error with Neymar"

One of the lawyers of the FC Barcelona, Cristóbal Martell, would have recognised as it publishes "The Avant-garde", that the Barcelona club committed a grave fiscal error during the "Operation Neymar". The lawyer like this would have admitted it during the last extraordinary board made this past Monday, ensuring that the cost of the signing of Neymar will finish repercutiendo in a total of 100 million euros, roughly.

In relation to this article published in The Avant-garde the FC Barcelona wants to puntualizar that:

1. In no case the Club admits fiscal crime. It did not exist contractual simulation in any of the agreements linked to the signing of the player Neymar, neither in the agreements of services subscribed with the mercantile society N&N.
2. In base to an excepcionalidad of the Agreement of double imposición with Brazil, there is obligation to practise fiscal retention in two lower agreements, the one of scouting and the one of commercial agency, on which the Club already has amended the mistake. On a mistake or interpretative divergence can not have fiscal crime.
3. On the rest of agreements and payments linked to the traspaso of the player Neymar, the Club reiterates his fiscal and countable correction.
