The FC Barcelona inspires a show of dance

The best Barça of the history has inspired a show of dance titled "Foot-ball". The choreographer Cesc Gelabert merges the images of the Barça of Pep Guardiola, Tito Vilanova and Frank Rijkaard with the contemporary dance in "Foot-ball"

Cesc Gelabert, choreographer and dancer, does years that has it clear and thinks like merging his two passions: the football and dance. Now, with "Foot-ball", has done reality a "small dream". Partner of the FC Barcelona from the 4 years and player until the 21, even ensures that it knows more than football that of dance. Together with Jordi Morató, responsible of the audiovisual part of the show, have taken images with movements of the players and have them ralentizado "to create an organic dialogue" with the dancers.

"The movements of a player and of a dancer are not very different and there is practically the same technician, the rhythm is entirely different", explained Gelabert, that adds that "it is necessary to find the balance and that integrate ". The piece centres in the figures of Messi, Iniesta, Xavi, Puyol and Valdés because "have a combination of qualities very interesting between them".
