The High court has confirmed the penalty of two years and two months of prison for the ex president of the FC Barcelona Josep Lluís Núñez and his son by a crime of cohecho. The supreme will remit the sentence to the Audience of Barcelona so that it agree the execution
The High court, in addition to correcting some material errors of the sentence of the case, has desestimado the request of the defence of the family Núñez so that it recess them the penalty to a year and nine months, what would avoid the entry in prison of the accused.
