Women's and men's football now have the same television rights

The Real Spanish Federation of Football has resolved one of the conflicts that faced with the feminine league. In addition to the questions related to the calendar, collective agreement, arbitration, number of foreign players, among others, the sources of income studied by the League was one of the points more 'hot' that it had to solve the Federation. Specifically, the rights of television, which will instrument between the feminine football and the masculine and have to regulate through the available Royal decree Centralised valid in the masculine football from 30 April of the 2015.

The first stipulates that "although the titularity of the audiovisual rights of transmission in direct and/or differed attributes to the clubs or entities participants, establishes the obligation to yield the faculties of his conjoint commercialisation to the entities organisers". This wants to say that like this the 16 clubs are proprietary of his television rights, these will have to yield them to the feminine League like body that will commission of his management.

Of the same way, the second base established in the decree and that it will be fixed for the feminine League "is the establishment of the system of distribution of the income obtained by the conjoint commercialisation, in which they enter corrector criteria that limit the differences between the entities participants that greater and lower income will receive in each season". Said criteria are attributed to the historical classification, specific weight of the club, etc, allowing like this the distribution equitativa "according to the sportive results obtained and the social implantation of each entity participant",

Finally, the third base is the "Bottom of Compensation of the sportive entities that, contesting the competition of the professional football, descend of category". Said bottom plays a fundamental paper in the masculine football nowadays and from this year will do it in the feminine when losing the professional category, leaving to perceive important quantities of money of these audiovisual rights.
