The players of the national team respond to the RFEF statement

There is wrap in the Spanish women's team. This Thursday the Real Spanish Federation of Football (RFEF) issued a communiqué announcing that 15 footballers had sent a notification renouncing to 'The Red' in the middle of the dispute by the continuity of the trainer Jorge Vidal. Now, the leading (with Alexia Putellas, that has joined ) have answered to the communiqué.

They have cleared that regret the fact that it had made public a communication with information that prejudices his health and that it was an answer to the own RFEF after they asked who did not want to be summoned. They ensured, besides, that in any moment renounced to the right to defend to 'The Red' and keep an unquestionable commitment with the selection.

They have asked, in this sense, not being summoned until "no reviertan situations that affect to our emotional and personal state, to our performance and, in consequence, to the results of the Selection and that they could derive in undesirable injuries", aiming besides that are asking a professional project that take care all the appearances and that 'take out' the best possible performance of the group.

Likewise, they stand out that they have not asked the dismissal of Jorge Vidal and that understand that it is not a decision that corresponds them take, but yes are in position to communicate what could improve to the team, adding that it does not treat of a whim or blackmail the situation that is living . "Requesting not being summoned, penalise our professional career, our economy and of course follow building something important in the feminine football".

We review the communiqué that have published the players of the selection this Friday like answer to the communication of the Real Spanish Federation of Football (RFEF):

"The players regret, in the first place, that the RFEF have made public, of partial form and interested, a private communication, with information that affects to our health - that it is part of our privacy-, remitted in reply to the request of the own Federation to know who of us wanted not being summoned. Communication of which, by the way, have not received answer in shape.

Second, in no case we have RENOUNCED to the Spanish Selection of Football as it signals in his official communiqué the RFEF. As we said in our private communication have kept, keep and will keep an unquestionable commitment with the Spanish Selection.

It is thus by what request in our communication remitted to the RFEF not being summoned until no reviertan situations that affect to our emotional and personal state, to our performance and, in consequence, to the results of the Selection and that they could derive in undesirable injuries. These would be the reasons that carry us to take this decision

We want a bet decided by a professional project in which they take care all the appearances to take out the best performance to a group of players with which consider that they can achieve more and better aims. We wish the best for the RFEF, for the Women's team and for us in particular, without going in in public wars.

Never we have asked the cessation of the seleccionador as it has commented . We understand that our work is not in no case choose said charge, but yes express of constructive and honest form what consider can improve the performance of the group.

Somebody can think that, to eight months of a World-wide, a group of PLAYERS OF MAXIMUM LEVEL, that is what consider us, pose this decision, as it has hinted publicly, like a whim or a blackmail?
