Bernd Reichart, adviser delegated of 'To22 Sports Management' and CEO of the Superliga, has appeared in an interview with the newspaper 'SPORT' to speak on the day in day out of the competition and of the advances that have occurred in the last weeks. The executive shows optimistic with the approval of the project of face to the court's decision of Luxembourg.

It began mentioning the meeting of the past week with the UEFA and of the points that analysed in the 'summit'. "We have initiated a dialogue. Have important modifications like that the competition was open and withdraw the concept of permanent members. We wanted to ensure that the UEFA gives us freedom to speak with the clubs and the rest of protagonists of the world of the football. They had assistants with reasonable messages, with some of them kept an interesting dialogue and others that only wanted to launch his message without spirit to have a conversation. I think that it was positive", affirmed.

Also it commented on in which point is the Superliga right now and which are the tempi that handle. "What occupies us at present is to know if there is consensus in the world of the football to try that this was better. Afterwards it would like us speak on the difficult financial situation that suffer a lot of clubs. A solution would have to be a control of costs and a Fair Play financial cutting. The clubs have to be the owners of his destination. On 15 December, the general lawyer of the Court of Luxembourg will issue a report no vinculante on the monopoly of the UEFA to organise the football of clubs. The resolution of the Court expects for the spring of the next year", said the German.

Besides, also it spoke of the illusion that does him see how all little by little goes advancing. "I am happy because now it can have a conversation on subjects that does a year and half already were on of the table, but of which anybody wanted to speak. Now there is another context and am ilusionado with the answers that receive of the world of the football. By a lot that some empeñen in killing it, the Superliga is very alive in all the levels. It is one of the conclusions that carried me of the meeting of Nyon when I could seat me in front of 35 people that represented to the 'status quo' existent", aimed Reichart.

The Fair Play and the audiences

Near to finalise, spoke of the Fair Play that will handle in case that the Court fail to his favour. "Can improve the current situation because now there are clubs that escape of this Fair Play. In the Superliga will be cutting this subject because the football has to live of the resources that generates and no of excesses that afterwards are saved by external injections. There will be clear rules and will execute ", sentenced the executive.

Finally, it left on the table his analysis on if the fan will finish boring of the format of the competition. "I create all the contrary and there is not more than seeing the data of audience. We do not bore us of the Classical, the same that in England do not bore to see a party between the Manchester and the Liverpool. What has contributed to the football the Classical and the rivalry between Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo is enormous. It can not be that a big clash play four times in seventy years. It is desaprovechar what the football can give you. It is what demand the youngsters. Now they see the football in summaries and what want to is that they go to the stadium and see the 90 minutes of a party", concluded.
