Iniesta receives a reprimand for promoting the use of criptomonedas

The ex player of the FC Barcelona, Andrés Iniesta, has added to the wave of the cripto active and has done use of the social networks to promote his use. Through a tuit, the member of the staff of the Vissel Kobe of the JLeague gave to know that it was learning to use the platform Binance.

Nevertheless, the 'post' of the manchego has not seated him well to the National Commission of the Stock market (CNMV), that has not taken in giving his answer to the player. In such sense, have exhorted him to be better informed on the risks of this type of negotiations before promoting his use.

The CNMV warns to Iniesta

From the CNMV have insisted in the dangers that supposes the mobilisation of big quantities of money through these platforms of management of criptomonedas, that are active decentralised and no backed by physical goods: "The criptoactivos, when being products no regulated, have some notable risks".

Also they have asked to Iniesta that it review the communiqué issued by the body and subscribed also by the Bank of Spain, in which, although they admit that the criptoactivos can facilitate the transactions in the future, his implementation has not been totally perfected and could involve serious problems.

Between the main risks to carry out operations under this modality appear the fault of backrest by part of a banking entity and the scarce or invalid protection for the users in case to present some irregularity, in addition to the "high speculative component" in it tocante to the values of each criptomoneda in the market.
