Points, titles, restrictions... The 'punishments' that City would face
After the Premier League complaint against Manchester City was revealed for allegedly having committed one hundred offenses between 2009 and 2018, the 'citizens' are exposed to an important list of sanctions
This week has begun with several 'bombazos' and the complaint of the Premier League to the Manchester City, after having committed purportedly 100 infringements of the Rules of the tournament, by payments to trainers or footballers, profits and the regulation of the UEFA, in addition to have not cooperated in the investigations.
While an Independent Commission, studies the movements and proofs that has presented the competition, in different English means have desvelado the possible sanctions to which would confront the team of the Etihad Stadium in case that it checks that they are guilty.
Between them, it would be the deduction of points in this season and in the next, depending on when 'resolve' the case. Likewise, it confronts to the expulsion of the Premier League if it checks that they are guilty in 50% of the acts to which are exposed, as well as go back to play some parties, trophies terminated, European prohibition and of signings/registers, as well as economic fines.
The cumunicados, to the detail
The maximum British competition has informed, through an official communiqué, that "according to the Norm W.82.2 of the Premier League, the final decision of the Commission will publish in the website of the Premier League. [...] The Premier League will not do more comments regarding this subject until further notice", whereas the Manchester City answered that "the Club welcomes the review of this subject by part of an independent Commission, to consider imparcialmente the complete body of irrefutable evidence that exists in support of his position. [...] Like such, expect that this subject put end once and for all".
