The weekend has arrived with novelties on the 'case Rubiales' and the attendant has been the Administrative Court of the Sport, which by the moment has not agreed in the gravity of the actions of the director with the CSD
The Administrative Court of the Sport (TAD) has estimated partially the complaint presented by the Upper Council of Sports (CSD) and has agreed this Friday open disciplinary file to the president of the RFEF, Luis Rubiales, by two grave infringements, but no very grave. Like this it has detailed it 'EFE', aiming that several next sources to the case coincide in this resolution.
The TAD initiates like this a procedure to sanction to Rubiales by two infringements against the decorum. Unlike the Government, the court does not see abuse of authority. Of this form, the Managerial Commission of the CSD can not decree the provisional suspension of the director of the RFEF, and, besides, the maximum sanction of inhabilitación would be of two years, as it aims the information.
The future of Rubiales in the RFEF every time less promising
By the moment Rubiales already is suspended provisionally by the FIFA during 90 days from the past Saturday 26 by his behaviour after the final of the World-wide feminine in Sídney, in which besó in the mouth without his consent to the international Spanish Jenni Beautiful.
