Lamine Yamal leads Barça's comeback against Alavés with a goal and an assist

Lamine Yamal took sole leadership of the LaLiga EA Sports 2025/26 assist standings with his seventh goal pass of the tournament. Against Alavés (3-1), the Mataró native led the blaugrana comeback, scoring the partial 1-1 in the first half and also sealing the victory by assisting Dani Olmo in stoppage time.

The 18-year-old winger celebrated his first official goal at the Spotify Camp Nou in the 8th minute, taking advantage of a pass from Raphinha to Olmo that, after a slight deflection from Robert Lewandowski, allowed him to shoot alone as he entered through the far post.
