Barcelona goes for its fourth consecutive victory at the Sánchez Pizjuán

Lewandowski celebrates his goal against Sevilla with FC Barcelona

In their last three visits to Sevilla, FC Barcelona has a perfect record of victories with a balance of 9 goals scored and only 2 conceded. Last season, Hansi Flick's men won by a landslide (1-4) with goals from Robert Lewandowski, Fermín López, Raphinha, and Eric García.

Despite Fermín's expulsion in the second half (double yellow), the *culés* resolved the match with authority. Previously, in the 23/24 season, Barça won by the narrowest of margins (1-2), also with goals from 'Lewy' and the Huelva-born player. In the 22/23 season, the victory was more comfortable (0-3), thanks to goals from Raphinha, Robert, and Eric.

The last defeat for the *azulgrana* team at the Sánchez Pizjuán was on matchday 7 of LaLiga 15/16 (2-1). Krohn-Deli and Iborra scored the goals for the Sevillian victory, while Neymar scored a penalty for the *culés*. Despite the defeat, Barça was champions that season.
