LaLiga Has announced an agreement with the international investment fund CVC, that comes accompanied of an economic contribution of 2.700 million euros to the Spanish competition, in return of 10% of his value, and the clubs will have 40 years to give back with a very low interest. Of them, as it has confirmed the patronal, 90% will go allocated to the clubs, whereas, as it has informed the daily ACE, 15% of these 2.430 millions allocated directly to the own staff of the teams.
Like this then , the renewal and back registration of Lionel Messi by the FC Barcelona, or the possible signings of Kylian Mbappé or Erling Haaland by the Real Madrid, receive an important backrest thanks to the agreement cleared by LaLiga.
The delivers of the quantities will go in function of the television income of the 42 professional clubs of the last seven seasons. Said agreement has been approved unanimously this Wednesday by the Commission Delegated of LaLiga. Later, it will be an extraordinary General Assembly the attendant to give the final step the next 12 August to an operation that expects crystallise before the beginning of LaLiga.
Context
This sale is centralised in the television rights, that is the comparative frame that will regulate the distribution of this extra entry, depends from does several years of multiple variables: 50% delivers to equal parts, 25% by sportive merits and 25% remaining by social implantation (abonos, taquillas…). Therefore, the FC Barcelona and Real Madrid are those that will receive a greater quantity of these 291,6 million euros (15% of the total) , that will be able to invest in retouchings of staff.

The totals of the agreement will have to be distributed of the following form: 70% has to go allocated for investments and infrastructures (like the case of the stadiums), 15% for refinanciar the debt and the losses by the COVID and is the remaining 15% the one who has to go allocated to increase the limits salariales of the staff.
