Joan Laporta returned to the presidency of Barça in March 2021. Since then, the first men's team has won 6 official titles. How do you rate his management?
Recently, the FC Barcelona board presented the results of the Azulgrana Observatory for the 2024/25 season, the survey that the club conducts with a part of its members to find out their opinion of the club's management. After the good results obtained by the team led by Hansi Flick, 3,000 members approved Joan Laporta's presidency with a high grade.
In total, 86% of the members who voted in the survey gave their approval to the board, with an overall rating of 9.3 points out of 10 for the work done with the first men's and women's teams. Aspects related to financial management, the remodeling of the Spotify Camp Nou and the stay in Montjuïc were also assessed.
Joan Laporta returned to the presidency in March 2021, in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic and with the club mired in one of its worst institutional crises. Although he could not fulfill the promise of retaining Leo Messi, the president has alleviated the financial crisis through the activation of various 'levers' and strategic signings that have boosted the young talent of the squad.
In total, the first men's team has won six titles since his return (two Leagues, two Copa del Reys and two Spanish Super Cups), in addition to accumulating a positive balance in the Clásicos against Real Madrid (8 wins and 5 losses in 13 official matches). Do you think Laporta's management has been positive?
