The Portuguese technician, that found in Arbeloa to one of his best allies in the changing room of the Real Madrid, appreciates to the player all the support that received of him, ensuring that it treats of one of the most important footballers that has trained, from the point of view of the "passion" that transmitted on the terrain of game.
This is the whole letter that has written Mourinho to Arbeloa:
"Arbeloa Is a fellow, is not only a player for me. Why reason a player transforms in a fellow? For being an example of passion by his profession, of love by his club, of dedication to a group of work and to his aims, of the humility and the honour in the relation with all those that work with him day in day out. In the history of our gigantic club will happen many of the best players of the world".
