The Barça could ask the cautelar for fichar in winter

As it has published the newspaper "MD", from the breast of the directive of the FC Barcelona would be posing very seriously the possibility to mediate again with the TAS to ask that it reduce partially the sanction of the FIFA that prevents to the club attend to the market of signings until the next month of January of 2016, comprising of this form two periods of consecutive signings.
