The FIFA has announced by means of an official communiqué that has accepted the suspension cautelar asked by the FC Barcelona to the sanction that prevented him fichar in the two next markets of signings, and engages to study the resource presented by the club
The FC Barcelona will be able to fichar! The FIFA has accepted the "effect suspensivo" that asked the FC Barcelona on the sanction that prevented him fichar in the two next periods of signings, and has ensured in an official communiqué that engages to study the resource presented by the entity culé respecting the rights of the club and given the complexity of the subject, due to the fact that the effects of the sanction could demorarse in the case that the Barcelona group decided to resort to the TAS, and therefore the Barça would go out prejudiced in the case that said organism accepted said request.
Of this way, suspends temporarily the sanction on the FC Barcelona and the FIFA will study thoroughly the resource presented by the managerial board. This is the official communiqué that has issued the FIFA after meditar the final decision:
"The president of the Commission of Appeal of the FIFA awards effect suspensivo to the resource of the FC Barcelona. The FC Barcelona presented resource in front of the Commission of Appeal of the FIFA against the failure of the Disciplinary Commission of the FIFA by which sanctioned to the club owing to the infringements committed in matter of traspasos international and registration of lower footballers of age. In the frame of the quoted resource, the club requested the effect suspensivo.
In this sense, the president of the Commission of Appeal of the FIFA, Larry Mussenden, estimated the sanctions imposed to the club, the complexity of the matter, the date of start of the next period of registration ?1 July 2014 ? And the fact that the Commission of Appeal of the FIFA does not seem to be in position to take a decision on the bottom of the question in time to guarantee that an eventual resource of the club in front of the Court of Sportive Arbitration against the failure of this Commission could be decided before the start of the next period of registration.
Therefore, the president of the Commission of Appeal of the FIFA has decided to award effect suspensivo to the resource presented by the club. In view of the previous, the president of the Commission of Appeal of the FIFA guarantees that the resource will transact of the correct and suitable form and that, at the same time, will respect all the rights of the club".
