FC Barcelona FC Barcelona officially announced the transfer of Álvaro Pérez Campo, known as 'Trilli'. The Catalan club stated that it reached an agreement with Real Valladolid for the player's departure.

The right-back signed a two-year contract (until 2027) with the 'blanquivioleta' team. He thus leaves the Blaugrana entity after arriving in the summer of 2023.

'Trilli' arrived at Barça Atlètic, coming from Deportivo de La Coruña. With the Blaugrana subsidiary, he participated in 29 matches (1360 minutes) between the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons in Primera RFEF, where he contributed 2 assists.

This new step in his career will allow the 22-year-old full-back to play in the second division of Spanish football with Valladolid, which was relegated in the 24/25 season.

Promotion to the first division, 'Trilli''s wish

In his first appearance, the player expressed his gratitude to Víctor Orta, Valladolid's sporting director, saying that he has shown him a lot of affection and interest from the very beginning.

He also pointed out that "promotion is everyone's objective," thus demonstrating his competitiveness and desire to do well in his new team.

Injuries have marked a career with ups and downs for 'Trilli', limiting his continuity both at Deportivo de La Coruña and during his time at Barça. This physical irregularity has been one of the main obstacles in his professional development.

Despite this, the full-back faces the future with determination and without worry. His focus remains firm on continuing to grow as a footballer, leaving behind the setbacks that have conditioned his evolution so far.

"I come with a lot of confidence in myself and I know that at Real Valladolid there is a team with very high capabilities in terms of performance and physical preparation. Together we will look for my best physical version to demonstrate my footballing skills on the field; to play and enjoy at the highest level," he commented.
