Full commitment! These were Balde's first words after his renewal
Barça has made Alejandro Balde's renewal official and the youth player has made statements to the club's press in which he expressed his full gratitude to the institution
Alejandro Balde, defender of the FC Barcelona and one of the most promising footballers of the balompié Spanish, has appeared publicly in front of the microphones of the club after signing his renewal until 2028. The canterano has showed fully grateful and understands that it is giving a big step in his sportive career.

It began his intervention desvelando his feelings. "Already I carry 13 years in the club and all what have are good memories. When I arrived here with alone six or seven years my dream always was to arrive to the first team and today at last, officially, has done reality. Only I have words of gratitude to all the people that has helped me in this process. Especially to my family, that are those that are day after day with me. To you also presi for doing this possible and to the trainer by the confidence that gives me each day", affirmed the defender.
On the same line, it cleared that it always had the first team like one put in his career. "In my mind always yes that was, but see it difficult and complicated. It is a long way, with a lot of work and sacrifices and no all the boys can fulfil this dream. With work and effort and a lot of hours devoted to this has been able to fulfil", affirmed Balde.
His youth and the dorsal '3'
Near to finalise, 'wet' on his youth and the performance of the team. "I expect to follow contributing as up to now or better. Only I have 19 years and are missing me a lot of things for improving and for learning. They are five years more and still will have 24 years, so I will keep on being very young. I expect to follow here a lot of years more. We have begun very well. This year we have a team with incredible talent. To personal level, the most important is to follow learning and improving. That is my main aim", sentenced the canterano.
Finally, it spoke of the 'weight' to carry the dorsal '3' that belonged by a lot of years to Gerard Hammered. "Each player has his own history. The number '3' has been an important number in the club. It has carried it 'Geri' during 15 years and has been a legend of the club and a referent for all the youngsters. I carry it with an incredible pride", concluded.
