Loic Badé says goodbye to Sevilla: Barça lets another young center-back escape

The summer transfer market is entering its last days of enablement and with it the clubs are starting to accelerate transfers. Thus, one of the recent movements in the current transfer window is Loïc Badé to Bayer Leverkusen after a two-and-a-half-season spell at Sevilla CF.

The French international is expected to undergo a medical with his new team in the coming hours and sign a contract that will link him to the German team for seasons (until 2039).

The 25-year-old center-back has a value on Transfermarkt of 25 million euros. Although the azulgrana team, for the moment, has the defensive zone well covered with Pau Cubarsí, Ronald Araujo, Andreas Christensen, Eric García and Jules Koundé.

It should be remembered that the Frenchman during the 2024/25 season participated in 31 matches for Sevilla (2,777 minutes), in which he scored 1 goal and distributed 1 assist, while in 23/24 he played 33 matches.
