OFFICIAL: Lucas Vázquez, new Bayer Leverkusen player

Lucas Vázquez is now, for all intents and purposes, a Bayer Leverkusen player. The Galician footballer spent ten seasons with Real Madrid and will now join the 'aspirins' team managed by Dutch coach Erik ten Hag.

The now ‘21’ of the German team signed a contract until June 2027, thus securing two seasons in the Bundesliga. The winger converted into a full-back, at 34 years old, will continue playing at the highest level, and will even compete in the Champions League with the ‘werkself’.
