OFFICIAL: Marc Bernal signs his new contract with Barça until 2029

Marc Bernal will officially sign his new contract with Fútbol Club Barcelona this Monday, September 29. It will be at the Camp Nou offices, starting at 1:15 p.m.

His renewal and extension of contract will be until 2029, as agreed in his last extension until 2026. The termination clause of Marc Bernal's new contract will remain at 500 million euros, reaffirming the total confidence of the culé club in his projection.

The club has already formalized Bernal's registration in LaLiga as a player of the Barça first team, leaving behind the subsidiary's file and confirming his definitive status within the squad led by Hansi Flick. With this change, the player wears the number 22, after having worn '28' in the past season before his serious knee injury.
