Barça and Madrid yield to Chelsea in the bid for a Russian promise

Despite the attempts of Barça and Madrid to sign Arsen Zakharyan, the Russian could reach an agreement with Chelsea. There is already an agreement between the parties, but it has not been possible to materialize during the summer due to the measures of the British authorities against Russia

In spite of several failures in the market of signings, Chelsea has been one of the teams that more have invested in search of reinforcements. Of course, I accepted, how I can refuse this? I expect that all do soon… maybe in January".
