Arthur Melo is the player chosen by the FC Barcelona to occupy the centre of the field from 2019. To his 21 years, the midfield player of the Guild has dazzled in the Brazilian championship thanks to his talent and to his capacity of control in the medullary. The technical office is convinced that his incorporation is a safe value.

The Brazilian spoke of his imminent signing by the FC Barcelona in a meeting with fans in Portoalegre. "My agents are closing the signing", said on the operation, that could fructificar in few hours. "Claro that am nervous, is a normal thing. It is a moment very important, at all better that be with the family in these hours", signalled.
Arthur recognised that it is in permanent contact with Barcelona to know the situation of the negotiations. "On me, Guild and the Barcelona, am safe that they go to resolve for the best of all, this is the most important. I speak daily with my representative, with the lawyer of the Guild and with the CEO on this situation. Still they did not happen me the result of the negotiation", indicated.
Arthur, hurt with the comments
The Brazilian midfield player carries several months of drop by injury, something that has ocasionado all type of opinions that accuse him of not playing with the Guild for being centred in his signing by the Barça. The player recognised to be "very hurt with all these comments, the one who knows of my character knows that never it would do him this to Guild".
Arthur finalised giving the thanks to the Guild, his current team: "I Am grateful l Guild. The gratitude is the word that comes me to the mind in this moment. I want to help and reward all what the club gave me. All has arisen here in Guild, playing well and leaving me the blood here. I do not go to change at all, go to be followed doing what did the past year. My head is in the Guild".
