After "Globoesporte" affirmed days backwards that the FC Barcelona had begun a litigio with the Saint FC after the sale of "Gabigol" to the Inter of Milan, now an email confirms that the Saints acted of form improcedente in the traspaso of the young Brazilian promise, informing to the Barcelona without the sufficient time that was stipulated in the agreement of the footballer.

The Barça had a right of score by "Gabigol" that could do effective when it sent him an offer of another club, but when seeming the Saints did not warn to the over time necessary Barcelona -at least three days of antelación- so that the Barça could equalise the offer of the Inter of Milan, before the closing of the past market of signings 2016.

Now, the Brazilian portal "UOL Esporte" has revealed a document that would give the reason to the FC Barcelona if the club reports to the Saints. In the email in question can read the following: "In accordance with the section 4 of the agreement. The Barça has a period of three days to exert the preferential right. The Saints has received an offer of another team (Inter), with date of 28 August, and like the Barça knows, any traspaso to Europe has to be completed before 31 August".

"Thus, we ask with gentileza to the Barça to manifest his intention with regard to the player before the day 30 to the 5:00 Brazilian hour or to the 10:00 Spanish hour. In case that we do not have answer, will consider that it renounces to the preferential right".

The question is that the post was sent on 29 August and no the 28, by what did not respect the three days of term established that the Barcelona had to have like margin of performance. Now, no descarta that the FC Barcelona decide to report the case to the FIFA, that will be the one who will resolve finally the subject.
