These will be the bass drums of the phase of groups of the UEFA Champions League 2019-20

The Champions League 2018-2019 came to an end with the Liverpool like champion deserved. The ones of Jürgen Klopp gave a sample of faith and perseverance in the semifinals against the FC Barcelona, tracing back a 3-0 adverse of the party of gone, and defeating to the Tottenham Hotspur in the final with the goals of Mohamed Salah and of Divock Origi.

The next edition of the League of Champions already has a lot of clear-cut appearances, like the teams participants, the dates and the headquarters of the final, that will be Istanbul. Besides, the four bass drums of the phase of groups are remaining determinate, to fault that they contest the preliminary rounds and previous phases during the months of this summer.

The bass drum that yes has remained clear-cut is the first, the one of the champions of the big competitions, that remains of the following way: Liverpool (champion of the Champions), Chelsea (champion of the Europe League), FC Barcelona (champion of LaLiga), Manchester City (champion of the Premier League), Juventus of Turín (champion of the Series To), Bayern Munich (champion of the Bundesliga), Paris Saint-Germain (champion of Tie it 1) and Zenith St. Petersburg (champion of Russia). 

The bass drum 2 will have teams very powerful like the Real Madrid and the Athletic of Madrid, that will not be able to cross with the FC Barcelona in the first phase for being of LaLiga. Besides, Borussia Dortmund, Naples, Shakthar Donetsk and Tottenham have his place ensured. The two remaining places expects that they are for Ajax and Carry, although both will have to happen a previous phase.

The bass drum 3 also has to six clear-cut teams: Benfica, Olympique Lyon, Bayer Leverkusen, RB Salzburgo, Inter of Milan and Valencia. The group 'ché', however, neither will be able to cross with the Barça, neither with Real Madrid or Athletic. Of the two teams that are missing to complete the bass drum, the big favourites, by coefficient UEFA, are Celtic of Glasgow and Dinamo of Kiev.

In the bass drum 4, the same that in the second and in the third, also there is a total of six teams with his place ensured: Lokomotiv Moscow, Racing Genk, Galatasaray, RB Leipzig, Atalanta and Lille. Copenhagen and Dinamo Zagreb also would go in by coefficient, but will have to surpass his respective eliminatory previous during the summer.

These are the teams that will be in the bass drums of Champions

• Bass drum 1: Liverpool, Chelsea, FC Barcelona, Manchester City, Juventus, Bayern Munich, PSG and Zenith St. Petersburg.
• Bass drum 2: Real Madrid, Athletic Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Naples, Shakthar Donetsk and Tottenham (other two without defining).
• Bass drum 3: Benfica, Olympique Lyon, Bayer Leverkusen, Salzburgo, Valencia and Inter Milan (other two without defining).
• Bass drum 4: Lokomotiv Moscow, Racing Genk, Galatasaray, RB Leipzig, Atalanta and Lille (other two without defining).
