OFFICIAL: Competition decides in favour of the Barça in Glass of Rey!

Finally it turned off the fire. The Committee of Competition, after studying the complaint presented by the Raise and the allegations of the FC Barcelona, has decided to give the reason to the Barça and allow that the group culé play the quarter-finals of the Glass of the King 2018-19, after having deleted on the lawn to the 'granotas' thanks to the 2-1 of the gone and the 3-0 of the turn in the Camp Nou.

The juridical discrepancy, remember, comes of the article 56.3 of the Disciplinary Code of the Real Spanish Federation of Football. A previous point (56.1) leaves clear that the slight sanctions (1 to 3 parties) have to fulfil in the same competition in which it committed the infringement, that in the case of Chumi would be the League with the Barça B in Second Division B, and no the Glass of the King with the first team.

In this point all would agree, but the true is that the 56.3 specifies that the players of a filial or dependent team, if they are sanctioned in his category, will not be able to play in any another until they have not fulfilled the sanction. Or what is the same, that Chumi could not have played with the first team of the Barcelona until after the Barça B-Alcoyano that played this past weekend, back to the Raise-Barça.

The norms of the Regulation contradict

Some norms that seem to contradict and are subject to interpretations. From here that the Committee of Competition have accepted the claim of the Raise although this arrived out of time, since theoretically the term finished the past Monday to the midday, 48 hours after the dispute of the party in which it committed purportedly the infringement.

The Committee of Competition has valued the complaint of the Raise given the transcendence of the facts, and already has taken his decision. The FC Barcelona will be in the quarter-finals of the Glass of the King 2018-19, of official form. Although the controversy, sure, will follow some days more.

"The jueza only of Competition, CarmenPérez , considers in accordance with the valid rule in the RFEF that the complaint presented by the Raise UD to the 9:33 hours of this Friday has been received out of the in accordance with the regulations established term.
