The Raise presents to the RFEF the complaint against the Barça by the 'Case Chumi'

After the words this past Thursday of the president of the Raise, Francisco Catalan, was clear that the Raise went to present a complaint against the FC Barcelona by supposed undue alignment of Chumi, and like this has been finally. During the morning of this Friday, the group 'granota' has done to arrive to the Real Spanish Federation of Football (RFEF) the complaint in question.

The president of the group levantinista, Quico Catalan, already had confirmed the Thursday, in his appearance in front of the means, that the complaint of the Raise would go out forward. "For us it is not an easy situation, to the people of the sport likes him struggle in the field by the results, that is what go to do. We go to the Camp Nou to try happen the eliminatory", manifested the leader levantinista.

"We carry all the afternoon, logically, working with our juridical department and studying all what know. "Have solid bases to defend our position", confirmed also Catalan, before signalling that the formal complaint will arrive in spite of that it could be out of the legal term, that consists of two days: "Our juridical department has worked and will follow working prepare this writing to the RFEF where understand that there is solid jurisprudence that can give us the reason in the subject that is speaking of the term".

Complaint out of term of the Raise

The case is that, out of term, the Raise already has presented the complaint in the offices of the Real Spanish Federation of Football (RFEF), as it was to expect since they arose the statements of Francisco Catalan this past Thursday.

It fits to remember that, according to the rule, the Raise had 48 hours to present this type of claims and therefore said complaint is totally out of term. In spite of everything, the Raise has wanted to present it alluding to his supposed "solid bases" to struggle by the classification in the dispatches, after not to have it achieved in the field.
