The Board of Directors of FC Barcelona has presented the results of the Azulgrana Observatory for the 2024/25 season. A opinion poll with which the culé team evaluates the global situation of the entity through the assessment of its members.

The survey was carried out by the Applied Research Feedback Institute and was conducted with 3,000 members —men and women, season ticket holders and non-season ticket holders, over 18 years of age and residents in Spain— between June 10 and 20, 2025. The study addressed various key issues related to the management of the club.

Evaluation of key decisions of the Board of Directors

One of the axes of the survey was the evaluation of strategic decisions taken by the Board of Directors. These were some of the most outstanding:

  1. Hiring Hansi Flick as first team coach: 9.5/10.
  2. Alliance with Spotify: 8.4/10.
  3. Renewal of the contract with Nike: 8.2/10.
  4. Registration of Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor: 7.4/10.

In turn, the members also assessed the progress of the works of the new stadium, the Espai Barça, which received a score of 6.6 out of 10.

Sports balance of FC Barcelona in the 2024/25 season

Likewise, the degree of satisfaction with the club's sporting performance reached an average of 8.3 out of 10, highlighting the assessment of the first teams:

  1. First men's team: 9/10.
  2. First women's team: 8.9/10.

Also, 64% of those surveyed approve of the current economic situation of FC Barcelona. While 55% believe it will improve in the future.

The Catalan team continues to be 'More than a club' for its members

The feeling of identity is still very present: 85% of the members consider that Barça is 'More than a club', for reasons such as:

  1. La Masia.
  2. The 100% ownership model of the members (supported by 88%).
  3. Identification with Catalonia.
  4. The use of Catalan (positively valued by 78%).
  5. The pride of being a culé (80%) and the appreciation for the club (81%).
  6. 91% expressed their willingness to renew their membership.

Members' experience at the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium

Regarding the stay in Montjuïc, 70% of the members did not acquire a pass to the Olympic Stadium, although 40% of them attended at least one match. The experience was rated with a 7.1 out of 10, and these were some highlights:

  1. System of choice of zone and prices: 6.9/10.
  2. Prior registration system: 5.9/10 (51% scored it above notable).
  3. Partial attendance without a pass.

Celebration of the 125th anniversary of FC Barcelona

Among the most outstanding initiatives of the club's 125th anniversary, the following was especially valued:

  1. Knowledge of the CAT mascot: 92%.
  2. Official song 'L’Escut al Pit': average score of 7.9/10.
  3. Manifesto 'Volem la Pilota': valued as notable or excellent by 90%.

Equality, sustainability and work of the Barça Foundation

Finally, the degree of involvement of the club in matters of gender equality received a score of 7.6 out of 10. The best valued action was the visibility of female athletes in communication campaigns, with an 8.3. For its part:

  1. Sustainability policies were valued with a 7.5.
  2. 89% of those surveyed know the work of the Barça Foundation.
