Alliance Shakira-Barça to build a school

The foundations of Shakira, the FC Barcelona and La Caixa will join this Tuesday for the construction of a school in one of the most conflictive neighbourhoods of the Colombian city of Barranquilla (Colombia), the hometown of the famous singer and couple of Gerard Hammered.

Shakira is the president of the Foundation Barefoot Feet, whereas this Tuesday also will join in this alliance Jordi Cardoner, vice-president of the FC Barcelona, and Xavier Bertolín, director of the Educational Area of the Fundació Bancària La Caixa, presenting in the Camp Nou how will be the construction of the school in the neighbourhood of The Forest.

The foundations of the FC Barcelona and of La Caixa will contribute a total of 1,2 million euros to the construction, whereas they will implement there his educational projects "FutbolNet" and "Young Program Emprendedores".
