The Government has approved the royal decree law that changes the sale of the television rights of the professional football. The Council of Ministers approved the measure for the sale centralised of the rights, what will cause more income. It could go in in force the next season

The new distribution of the rights of television of the League, more equitativo and with the Premier League English like model, is closed. The Council of Ministers approved this Thursday via royal decree law the sale centralised of the television rights, that will cause more income and that it could be in force the next season. The League of Professional Football expects to obtain 1.000 million euros.

This increase will do that the Barça and the Real Madrid do not lose neither a euro, in spite of that both will happen to remain with 25% of the income each one to have 20%, that is the maximum quota that has fixed to diminish the inequalities.

The rest will deliver of linear form, and 25% will come marked by the historical results and of the last season, and the another 25% by the social implantation or the generation of resources. The Royal decree Law foresees to distribute 92% of the income between the professional clubs. 90% will be for the ones of First Division and 10% remaining, for the ones of Second.
