From 600 to 1,500 million: Why is the new Espai Barça more expensive?

The future of the FC Barcelona already is here. This Sunday lived the referendum for the Espai Barça and the answer of the partners has been positive so that it go on the project that will be "the legacy that will leave to our children and daughters, grandchildren and granddaughters", as it has defined it Joan Laporta, president culé. In the new Camp Nou, besides, will incorporate the last technologies of the market, and between them, will allow to incorporate a screen 360 degrees in the interior of the bowl that will offer a new experience to the public, will improve the system of security and control of access of vehicles and will take out maximum performance of the possibilities that will offer the connectivity of the 5G", with the information of the club.

Of where they will go out the income of 200 'kilos'?

To fault of more details, that surely will be provided in the next months, the club has left clear of where will achieve the income with which will pay the debt. The plan is to generate 200 million euros by year. The area 'hospitality' and the zone VIP will contribute 24% of the mount total. The rest ventrá of the taquilla and restoration (22%), new 'sponsorships', the sale of the naming rights of the Espai Barça, the stadium and the Palau (24%), as well as the Museum (15%) and the events and concerts (15%).

"The Espai Barça will fund by himself same when the work was finish; it will not cost money to the partner neither will represent an increase of the ordinary cost of the club, as it neither will put in danger the heritage of the entity neither will weaken the sportive management", has declared Joan Laporta.
