Gerard Hammered insists in withdrawing like player with the Barça. The central defender esteem that still finds in conditions and does not consider a veteran player, and the fact that some means signal it like such can arrived to depress him
The second captain of the FC Barcelona, Gerard Hammered, has offered statements for El País in the previous of the transcendental duel in front of the Real Madrid that will have to the Camp Nou like stage. The central has revealed some of the feelings of face all party and has done reference to his future in the club.
I hammered it has left clear that does not consider a veteran player: "The other day I saw the record that it was the elder in marking a European goal with the Barça and depressed me for bad. It would prefer to not to have it put… Afterwards saw that it was the defence with more goals in the competition with Roberto Carlos and this was better. Much better. But I do not seat me greater".
Likewise, it ensures that it will keep in action while his conditions allow it: "Claro that have an age and when it see that I am not so important as always I have been it go me to go. I do not know, I follow having Gerard rebellious and boy that does the same pranks. And when I am well physically, I notice it. I will not be the fastest, but can compete against the best and not to feel me inferior. While it was like this, I will play".

Meanwhile, it trusts the new 'jewels' of the club: "Gavi, Nico, Pedri, Balde, Ansu… Is a generation in which if it does well, consolidates and achieves results, inside a pair of years can go back to compete during long and be favourite to win everything. Still we are not it, at least in the Champions, but patience".
