Lamine Yamal will be in charge of wearing the number 10 of FC Barcelona starting next season. At least that's what they suggest from the account on the social network X, formerly known as Twitter, @memorabilia1899, recognized for addressing current issues of the Azulgrana team.

According to this source, the jewel of La Masia will wear the iconic number once he signs his renewal with the club, scheduled for after he turns 18 on July 13. The new contract would link him to Barcelona until 2030 and would include, among other aspects, a necessary salary improvement in line with his impact on the team.
For now, his emoluments do not represent a significant burden on the club's salary scale, partly thanks to the new LaLiga regulations.
