Official! FC Barcelona clarifies when it will close the financing of Espai Barça

The FC Barcelona has informed from his official channels which is the actuality of the agreement of the finance of the Espai Barça. Although, as we inform this Thursday, was foreseen to close for this weekend, for the moment there is not agreement. This in spite of that from the Barcelona club transmits the feeling that the negotiations went by good way.

Although in the entity had the idea to leave this subject fixed before it finish the month of March, does not go to be possible. The own Barça informed by means of a communiqué that still have not been able to resolve the negotiations, but that expects to do it "next week". "The FC Barcelona is in the process of closing of the finance of the Espai Barça and informs that it will close the final negotiations the next week (of the 3 to 9 April)", explains the message.

The president Joan Laporta gathered with his directive this past Thursday for, among others points, study the last steps to close this fundamental part for the project of remodeling of the Spotify Camp Nou. The Barça is slope of the approval of a credit of 1.500 million euros that, in principle, will sign with Goldman Sachs and that structures in diverse phases.

In the first, the Barça will receive a credit of 500 millions to an interest of a six percent. In the others two phases, the first 100 million euros that of profit that contribute the Espai Barça will go to the Barcelona box. The rest of the réditos will go direct to the settlement of the credit, allowing that all the parts remain satisfied with this second proposal.

For the moment, Laporta no longer will be able to concretise his promise that it would close the agreement before 31 March, something that declared publicly the past 7 March in the Circle Ecuestre. However, the communiqué of the Barcelona club hints that the signature of the credit of the 1.500 millions is not in risk, when besides the sportive vice-president of the entity, Rafael Yuste, took for granted the transfer of the Barça to the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys.
