Barça made it clear that it would wait until the last moment of the winter market to close the registration of Gavi as a first team player officially and this has been confirmed by a court ruling
The judged number 10 of the mercantile of Barcelona forces to LaLIga to accept the registration of Gavi like player of the first staff of the FC Barcelona. Like this it has informed it the Spanish press this same Tuesday, and few minutes afterwards the own Barcelona club has issued an official communiqué, pronouncing in this regard of this failure in regard to the new agreement of the footballer culé.
The Barça resorted to the justice after the refusal of the patronal to receive the new agreement of Gavi. The start of the text of the entity prays that LaLiga "have all the necessary so that the player Pablo Páez 'Gavi' can be inscribed like member of the first team of the FC BARCELONA before the closing of the window of winter at 00.00h".
Likewise the club exposes that "the resolution recognises the position of command of the LFP and considers that it exists a principle of legitimacy in the pretence of the FC BARCELONA and que the no registration of the player before the closing of the window would involve the freedom of this and, therefore, a very grave damage and irreparable for the FC BARCELONA.
