Sergi Roberto exposes to a sanction of two parties in League

The controversy regarding the expulsion of Sergi Roberto against the Real Madrid, this past Sunday to the edge of the rest in the Classical contested in the Camp Nou, could increase in question of hours. It is foreseen that the Committee of Competition gather this Tuesday to analyse the played controversies of the Classical, between them the controversial expulsion of the of Reus.

We remember that Sergi Roberto was expelled by propinar a manotazo to Marcelo Scallop without the balloon in dispute. The Brazilian went to the floor and the referee, Hernández Hernández, did not doubt it to the hour to expel with direct red card to the canterano of the FC Barcelona.

From some estamentos of the Catalan press already ensured that the expulsion was excessive, because of the warm strength with which Sergi Roberto soltó the arm to remove of on to Marcelo. Attending to the article 114 of the Disciplinary Code, relative to the direct expulsions, Roberto could confront to a sanction. In the section two of the quoted article says the following "The direct expulsion during the course of a party will involve the imposición of the sanction of suspension during, at least, a party, except that the fact was constitutive of infringement of greater gravity, with the accesoria pecuniary corresponding".

Sergi Roberto did not have option to play the balloon

"In those cases in that the expulsion of the terrain of game was due to situations in that the footballer had not had possibility to contest the balloon, the suspension will be of at least, two parties", adds in the quoted article. In this sense, the Committee of Competition could apply the article 123 of the same disciplinary writing, relative to the violence in the game, and that says the following:

"Produce of violent way with occasion of the game or like direct consequence of some launch of the same, whenever the action originate risk, but do not produce consequences dañosas or harmful, will sanction with suspension of one to three parties or by time of until a month". And it adds : "If the action described in the previous paragraph produced to the margin of the game or being the game detained, will sanction with suspension of two to three parties, without prejudice to the established in the article 98 of the present Code".

Fortunately for Sergi Roberto, the action did not have any consequence in shape of injury or ailment for Marcelo, by what foresees that, at most, the sanction for the one of Reus was of two parties. In any case, an excessive measure analysing the gravity of the action.
