The Superliga European continues having repercussions to level mediático and, especially, to legal level. In fact, the UEFA already has opened a penalizing file against the FC Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus, three of the clubs involved in the project, that never desisted to carry out it.

Nevertheless, the ministry of Justice of Switzerland has warned, so much to the UEFA as to the FIFA, that the sanctions against the three teams are not pertinent, in accordance with the information published by the Chain BE. A magistrate of the justice helvética has resorted to the jurisprudence before remitting the sentence to a court of Madrid.

Of this way, have dictated measures cautelares in front of the pretences of the UEFA and the FIFA to proceed against Barça, Madrid and Juve. Besides, it has remitted a question prejudicial in front of the Justice dela European Union to determine if both organisms are exerting a monopoly on the tournaments of football and if infringe the Treaty of Operation.

Nevertheless, Aleksander Ceferin has kept firm in his intentions to proceed legally against the teams involved in the project. Between the possible measures could appear the exclusion of the three clubs of the next edition of the Champions, the main tournament of the continent.

In the case of the FC Barcelona, is foreseen the realisation of an Assembly for the next 20 June. Of this way, the Barcelona entity finally will fix position through his partners compromisarios to define if the club is in favour or against to continue forming part of the project.
