The plan of Barça to reduce the salary mass

With the aim of being able to make signings and registrations for the summer, Barça has proposed to reduce the wage bill by 160 million euros. One of the main measures for this will be the salary reduction
They continue the financial problems for the FC Barcelona that, waiting for the activation of an impulse by part of the banking, has to do some movements to lighten the load salarial, what would allow him fulfil with the norms of the 'fair play financial'. One of the greater difficulties roots in the high wages that perceive some players and that do not correspond with the economic reality of the institution.
For this, in accordance with the chain 'Be', the Barça has proposed as it put to reduce the mass salarial, that reaches some 560 million euros, until the 400 millions. From the directive consider that it treats of a very difficult aim to fulfil, but will be of vital importance. In fact, the economic vice-president of the club, Eduard Romeu, has indicated that the mass salarial of the Catalan entity almost duplicates the one of the Bayern of Munich.
The aim of face to the summer would be to keep a similar number to the that presents the Real Madrid. In his statements for 'RAC1', Romeu has warned on the excessive of the current wages: "The wages are totally disproportionate and inflacionados. They have not committed any sin and have not deceived to anybody, but treat to negotiate of the most intense form".
A new reduction salarial like solution for the Barça
One of the main measures to attain the reduction will be a new discount salarial, that in fact already has had the rejection of some players that already have seen deductions or diferimientos in his payments. Likewise, the "no" of some effective of the staff to abandon the club in the market estival could entorpecer the operation, avoiding that the Barça attain the aim.
