The Barça defended in front of the TAS the exhibition of estelades

In the FC Barcelona and the UEFA expect with patience the resolution of the controversy related with the presence of flags esteladas in the Camp Nou during the parties of UEFA Champions League, a controversy that already has repercutido in several economic fines to the Barcelona club. Although from the entity culé alludes to the freedom of expression of his fans and leaves clear that the club does not have at all that see in the decision that the people show openly said flags -legal- in the field. 

This Monday in the morning took place the oral sight between both parts in which they have given the respective explanations. By what does to the Barcelona entity, has defended with nails and teeth the freedom of expression of the fans so that they seat free to show his flag. 

The club culé reiterated "his defence of the full exercise of the right to the freedom of expression by part of his partners and fans and his convencimiento that the exhibition of flags esteladas in his Stadium do not constitute any offence neither despise to anybody".

The sanctions are due to the past season

The own FC Barcelona has confirmed that the sanctions that face by part of the UEFA owe , only and exclusively, to the parties of the past season in front of the BEAT Borisov and the ACE Rome. According to these, the UEFA would have opened file without imposing, for now, any sanction in the back meetings.
