The judge opens diligences by the controversial vial of Gerard Hammered

The judge that is investigating to Gerard Hammered by a crime against the security vial of the Catalan footballer, when being pillado does some days driving without points in the carné, has consulted to the General Direction of Traffic (DGT) cómo informed personally to Gerard Hammered that they did not remain him points in the carné, and that therefore it could not drive his vehicle.

The judge wishes to know this detail before continuing with the investigations of the case, when having open diligences against the Catalan player of the FC Barcelona by a crime against the public security. In function of how advance the investigations, Hammered could be condemned to a fine, to hours of service to the community or to penalties of prison of until six months.

It seems little likely, in any case, that the footballer finish ingresando in prison, and what seems almost sure is that everything will finish saldándose with a fine, that will not be the first that pays Gerard Hammered by problems with the security forces.
