The relationship between Xavi and Deco would be the opposite of what they have been of selling

Since Anderson Luis of Souza, better known like Deco, assumed the charge of sportive director of the FC Barcelona in replacement of Mateu Alemany, have arisen external speculations on the possible tension in his relation with Xavi Hernández, with the one who has to work closely to carry to good port the sportive project culé. It arrived to rumorar that could have divergences of opinion regarding the form to tackle the needs of the club in matter of incorporations, particularly in the profile looked for to satisfy said urgencies.

In this sense, has been varied the hoaxes that suggest a bad relation between both. For example, it has said that Joan Laporta and Rafa Yuste, president and vice-president of the club respectively, went the main propellants of the idea to persuade to the egarense so that it remained a year more in the combined Barcelona, but the Portuguese was not interested in convincing it. However, this seems moved away of the reality, since apparently Deco always kept the premise that Xavi could change of opinion. Although the exfutbolista looked for a new technical director after the announcement of the Catalan, this does not mean that it did not support his continuity in the team, backing it at all times.

Another subject that purportedly indicated a bad relation between both parts was a supposition brush arisen in the previous meeting that had Xavi Hernández and Deco in the Sportive City Joan Gamper, before the final summit in the domicile of Joan Laporta, where finally agreed the continuity of the egarense like technical director of the club. It said that this controversy was due to the permanence of Óscar Hernández, brother of Xavi, as second trainer of the team, something that apparently went against of the interests of the sportive direction culé, which would have offered to change to Óscar. However, this change never was on the table, unlike the modifications in the field of the physical preparation and the recovery of injuries, with the incorporations of Julio Tous and Raúl Martínez.

The reality of the relation Xavi-Deco seem to be very different

Nevertheless, in the actuality, all seem to be very different to what tried sell with these rumours. As the commented in 'Sportive World', both parts seem to have a cordial relation in which the communication and the mutual support are tangible. In case to exist divergences of opinion, these resolve quickly and without generating big aspavientos, boosting the unit and the consonance in the taking of decisions.

Under this premise, as it mentioned previously, the communication and the contact between both parts seem to be flowed. It treats of a relation in which both parts value and argue widely on the subjects of the club, each one from his own point of view. However, it is evident that each one respects the functions of the another and listen mutually with the aim to determine what is better for the operation of the sportive project.
