UEFA dismisses FC Barcelona's appeal for breaching financial fair play

The FC Barcelona has not been able to convince to the UEFA with regard to his statement of income of the previous course. Equally it aims that the sanction is due to that the Barça declared "wrongly, in the exercise 2022, profits by the alienation of active intangible (distinct of the transfers of players) that do not constitute a notable entry according to the rule", sustains the UEFA. In front of the First Room of the CFCB, the Barcelona was fined with 500.000 euros for declaring wrongly, in the exercise 2022, profits by the alienation of active intangible (distinct of the transfers of players) that do not constitute a notable entry according to the rule.

The Room of Appeals of the CFCB has decided now:

- Desestimar The resource interposed by the FC Barcelona.

- Confirm the decision of the First Room of the CFCB".
