Umtiti Finish with the doubts and desvela where will play the next season

The FC Barcelona already does months that goes behind Matthijs of Ligt and the big intention of the Barcelona club is to sign to the Dutch defence this same summer. If the captain of the Ajax finish arriving, will not do it to be acting and will want to have opportunities, by what will generate an important competition in the position of central defence.

By this reason, several sectors of the press aimed that Samuel Umtiti was an important candidate to abandon the FC Barcelona the next season, since during the last months hardly has been able to play by fault of an injury of knee of which did not want to operate to follow a conservative treatment. 

However, in an interview in RTLFrances, Samuel Umtiti wanted to leave clear that his intention is to remain in the FC Barcelona and that the next campaign will play in the Camp Nou. "Have an agreement, seat me happy in Barcelona. Have a season complicated, but no that's why I go to have wishes elsewhere", said, adding that "I will be the next season in Barcelona".

Like this of conclusive showed a footballer that appeared in all the quinielas to leave in case that Matthijs of Ligt finish arriving. Now, depending on what happen with the Dutch defence, to Umtiti could him reduce a lot the opportunities to play, since it will have to face up  to the competition of the current captain of the Ajax, of Gerard Hammered and of his compatriot Clément Lenglet.

Umtiti Has to improve

In the first season of Ernesto Valverde in the FC Barcelona, Samuel Umtiti was an indisputable footballer in the onces of the 'Txingurri', as well as indisputable headline in the French selection. But in the present campaign has lost weight in the team and, with his injury, only has been able to play 15 parties.

Nevertheless, the posture Umtiti seems quite clear. The French defence trusts fully in his possibilities to be headline since it thinks that is fully recovered of his knee.
