Vilarrubí: "I hammered it is honest, consistent and an example"

In statements collected by the newspaper 'MD', among others half, Carles Vilarrubí spoke on the institutional act of the floral offering of the FC Barcelona to the monument of Rafael Casanova with reason of the Diada of Catalonia that the Barcelona club celebrates from 1919. The institutional vice-president of the Barça referred also, later, to the situation that is crossing Gerard Hammered with Spain.

"The Barça has repeated this act from the year 1919, treats therefore of a centenarian participation only interrupted owing to the dictatorship Prevail of Bank and of the dictatorship of Franco. We are here with players of the first team and of the Basic Football to share this Diada with the rest of the Catalans and like sportive and social club of reference of Catalonia that carries almost one hundred years fulfilling with this tradition".

Already in reference to the press conference carried out by Gerard Hammered the past Thursday, Vilarrubí manifested to have had the feeling to "listen to an honest boy, sincere and especially very consistent with his ideas, a responsible sportsman, that showed to be a whole person and that definitely would have to be an example for a lot of sportsmen. The situation that has produced seems me anomalous". Besides, it ensured "to subscribe" all the words of the central Catalan of the Barça.

In the act of the floral offering of the Barça to Rafael Casanova participated also the president of the club, Josep Maria Bartomeu, in addition to the managerial Jordi Cardoner, Carles Vilarrubí, Jordi Mestre, Jordi Moix, Josep Ramon Vidal-Cover, Maria Teixidor and Xavier Vilajoana.
