Xavi has sufficient merits to occupy the bench of the FC Barcelona in the next years, but only is missing to know when will give him the "himself" to the culés
Xavi Hernández has given step of giants in the beginning of his career like technical director. The ex player of the FC Barcelona, to the control of the To the Sadd, has achieved to win six titles in a year and half in the benches of the club qatarí, confronting to rivals with greater budget and trainers with a lot of more experience.

Uncertain immediate future
His current agreement with To the Sadd wins at the end of this season and has not decided if it will follow to the control of the team, by what opens a window to that it can return to the FC Barcelona. However, by all his success, the qataríes will struggle through thick and thin so that it was still in the team, because they know that him lloverán offers from Europe.
For now, Xavi has recognised that it feels comfortable and "home" in Doha, by what can pose sincerely remain in To the Sadd by some years more, waiting for that it was his moment to take the rudder of the Barça.
