1.000 parties of League in the Camp Nou

The Camp Nou is in luck. This Wednesday against the Celtic, the feudo barcelonista has fulfilled 1.000 parties in the League since in 1957 received the first clash: a Barça-Jaén (6-1) with goals of Villaverde, Tejada, Kubala and Eulogio Martínez. This register initiated in the field of the Courts, inaugurated in 1922, where the Barcelona team played a total of 319 parties of regular competition, with 244 victories, 41 ties and 34 defeats. During this next week, and coinciding with the 60 anniversary of the placing of the first stone of the Camp Nou, the future of the feudo Barcelona goes back to be on everyone's lips. Of the 999 parties of League contested in the Camp Nou, the Barça has won 754, has empatado 157 and has lost 88.

The first of all these duels of regular competition played in the Camp Nou was on 6 October 1957, when the Barça won 6 to 1 to the Jaén.

Villaverde, Tejada, Kubala and Eulogio Martínez, with a hat- trick, inaugurated the networks of the Camp Nou in a clash of League. Since, the goals North and South have seen 2.524 targets in favour and 776 against.

This first meeting in the Camp Nou against the Jaén corresponded to the fourth day of the course 1957/58. Apart from the almost one thousand clashes of League played in the Camp Nou, the Club also has been host in two stadiums more.

The field of Them Corts, founded in 1922, went the stage of the first parties of the Barça like venue in a League that began seven years later.

In total, played there 319 parties of regular competition, with 244 victories for the Barcelona, 41 ties and 34 defeats. And with a register of 1.011 targets in favour and 361 against.

Like anecdote, the Barça left Them Corts only a party to play like venue in Montjuïc, with reason of the Expo of Barcelona of 1929. On 26 May of this year goleó to the Athletic of Madrid (4-0) with goals of Walter, Tailor and a doublet of Samitier.
