A lawyer reports to Neymar by "moral damages"

The Brazilian lawyer Luciano Caparroz explained to Globoesporte that will demand to the player of the Barça 8.400 euros by the big disappointment that felt after the goleada by 4-0 of the Barça in the Saints, during the final of the World-wide of Clubs of 2011 contested in Japan
Luciano Caparroz has starred the anecdote of the day after announcing that it has reported Neymar by "moral and material damages". Caparroz, that is lawyer and big follower of the Saints, has explained in statements to "Globoesporte" that will demand 8.400 euros to the "crack" Brazilian of the Barça.
The reason, however, is very surprising. The lawyer argued that it felt deceived after the performance of the Saints in the World-wide of Clubs of 2011 contested in Japan, where the Barça won in the final by 4-0 in front of a team where neither Neymar neither his mates could develop his best football.
The letrado spent 3.200 euros to travel to Japan and see to which then was the star of the Saints, but carried a double disappointment: "I Remained frustrated with the result and besides afterwards knew that Neymar already was sold. I seat me deceived ".
What is clear after seeing this so surprising case is that if the demand of the Brazilian lawyer prospers, more than a fan will pose demand by "moral damages" to all the players that consider that they have deceived him.
