Abelardo: "Luis Enrique will win titles with the Barça"

In statements conceded by the official web page of the FC Barcelona, Abelardo Fernández has ensured that Luis Enrique is perfectly qualified to carry to the Barcelona team to the success, as it already did previously Pep Guardiola in spite of an irregular beginning. "It is sufficiently qualified to lead this Barça. In his teams notices his task and it is necessary to stand out that the Barça has improved in many respects with regard to the past season", has signalled, after the Barcelona have suffered two consecutive defeats in League BBVA.

"It is better that these defeats produce in this moment of the season", has commented Abelardo, affirming that "this team will go to more. Has an extraordinary staff to do it and am convinced that they will win titles". It has defined to Luis Enrique like a "brother", standing out also the work that makes the psychologist Joaquín Valdés with the team. 

"His task is fundamental. It is a person that know very well, is Asturian like Luis Enrique and I, are friends in common and is a very valid person. Help in determinate moments and knows how have to treat to the players".

A too slow transition

The transition, for the moment, is not being as it expected . The team began very strong the championship chaining several consecutive victories -although it is true that against clubs of a level ostensiblemente inferior-, but the step of the weeks and the arrival of new rivals increasingly powerful have left to glimpse the Barcelona reality: that has changed something with regard to the past season, but neither too much. To the players is costing them adapt to the new strategies of Luis Enrique and sometimes carry out the offensive pressure of form descontrolada and totally irregular, without recovering the balloon and allowing dangerous counterattacks.
