It starts the trial against Laporta

The action of responsibility against the ex-president Joan Laporta and some of his directors will start definitively this Wednesday with the previous sight in the judged number 39 of first instance of Barcelona. The judge that carries the case will ask to the parts if there has been an agreement, and in front of the refusal expected will begin, in his case, the impugnation of the documents that present .

In this first act in the Judicial City, that the judge has delimited to two days, would be necessary to know the date for the trial and, especially, if the magistrate expands the demand to more ex directors of the stage of Laporta, beginning by Sandro Rosell and the current president, Josep Maria Bartomeu, among others.

To finals of July of 2011, the Barça presented a demand by which exercised the action of social responsibility against the members of the managerial board of Laporta, by what demands 47,6 million euros. The quantity corresponds to the negative economic results accumulated during the period of management of the ex president Laporta, which is exigible of form mancomunada between all the members of the board cesante.

The object of the controversy in the trial will be to clear if the accounts presented and approved in the assembly of October of 2010 are indisputable and if the responsibilities of the directors have to expand to others no encausados.
